Privacy policy

This is a translation. In case of doubt, the Spanish version prevails.

1. Who is the controller. Carolina Sousa, Évora, Portugal. Contact: hola@kleiomnemosyne.com.

2. What data we collect. Your email and whether you have a gestoría. If you choose, also your answers to the optional questions in the second step: which tools you have tried, whether you would be interested in an alert about your subscriptions, how many invoices were paid late, whether you have claimed late-payment interest, whether you would pay for a prepared claim, and what stops you from claiming. We also record which of the two prices you saw. We don't ask for your name, phone number or bank details. Please don't write other people's details in the free-text answers.

3. What we use it for. To let you know when the service opens and, at most, to invite you to try it. We also study the answers as a whole, without looking at anyone in particular, to decide on the product and the price. We don't make automated decisions about you or build profiles.

4. Legal basis. Your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it whenever you want, by email or with the link included in every message.

5. How long we keep it. Until we tell you the service has opened, and no longer than 12 months from when you signed up. If the project doesn't go ahead, we delete the list. After that we only keep aggregate figures, with no emails.

6. Who else can see it. No one outside the project. We use two providers that process the data on our behalf. Tally, for the form: it stores your answers in the European Union (Google Cloud, Belgium). Cloudflare, which hosts this page and counts visits without cookies: it is a US company, and the technical data of the visit (for example, the IP address) may be processed outside the European Economic Area, with the safeguards required by the GDPR (the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and the European Commission's standard contractual clauses).

7. Your rights. You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability (Articles 15 to 22 GDPR) by writing to hola@kleiomnemosyne.com. We reply within one month. If you disagree with our reply, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es) or to the data protection authority in your country.

8. Cookies. This page doesn't use cookies or store anything on your device. We count visits with a tool that doesn't use cookies. To study the price, each visit is shown one of two prices at random. Which one you saw is only recorded if you sign up, together with your answers. The form is on Tally's site, which may use technical cookies so that the form works.

9. Age. The service is for self-employed adults.
